Shangyi AI offers an Enterprise Edition (On-Premise), supporting the deployment of translation engines and models on the client’s own servers or private cloud. All translation requests are processed within the corporate firewall, and data flows are fully controllable.
Cloud file retention and deletion policy
Unpaid documents are automatically deleted 15 days after task creation, and paid documents are automatically deleted 30 days after task creation. The retention period begins when the document is uploaded and the task is created. Please download and back up the original file and translation before the retention period expires. You can also manually delete tasks from your translation history. The original files and translations will never be used for any AI model retraining.
