Layout preservation depends on the file, font, and text length. Complex tables, scanned pages, and text in images may require manual review. Please check the partial preview before translating the complete document.

Yes. OCR reads text from scanned PDFs and images for translation. Recognition effectiveness depends on scan quality and layout; Use enhanced recognition for pages that are difficult to identify, and check the preview to find missing or misread text.

Translation Mode

Select a standard or higher-level model to fit your document. Review terminology, tone, and formatting in the partial preview, then select a mode for the full translation based on your needs and quote. Any preview credits will be displayed on the task page.

Translate your document in three steps

1. Upload your file and choose the target language and translation mode.
2. Check the available partial translation and layout, then review the task quote.
3. Confirm the task to translate the full document, then download the translation when it is ready.

Preview

Preview parts of a document before translating the entire file. The preview scope depends on the document and your available account quota. If the preview requires credits, the task page will display the cost before you continue.

Pricing

Translation is billed in credits based on tokens, document analysis fees, and the selected mode. OCR and higher-level models may change the cost. Review the task quote before confirming payment.

Individual credit purchase price: 1 CNY per credit; Minimum purchase: 12 credits. Credit packages may have different effective prices.

The standard token rate reference is 3000 tokens per credit. Document analysis, OCR, and selected model will affect the final quotation; this is not a fixed price calculated per word or per document.

File Processing and Privacy

Unpaid documents are automatically deleted 15 days after task creation, and paid documents after 30 days.

Please download and back up your original files and translated files before the retention period ends. You can also delete tasks from the translation history.

Your document will be processed to provide translation, including processing by the selected third-party AI provider. Please review our privacy policy for details on processing and retention.
